Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at TechRova. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns made outside this period are not eligible for a refund.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may be lost and will not be refunded. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Return Costs & Conditions
If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, redelivery charges will apply. 

Lost Returns
Please keep your return tracking number and a photo of your courier slip until you receive confirmation from us. Refunds cannot be issued for items not safely received. If tracking confirms delivery, we can open a claim on your behalf.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original sealable packaging. 

Packaging Your Return
Please use a sturdy cardboard box and include a note with your order ID inside. Fill any empty space with protective material such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to ensure safe delivery. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Important Notes
Customers must return products in their original packaging. In case the original packaging is lost, customers must pay an additional £20 .
Customers must pay an additional £20 shipping fee if:
  a. The delivery address was incorrectly provided when placing the order.
  b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick up the package upon delivery. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If items arrive damaged, we will cover the return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
